SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Processing
Once we receive your order, please allow 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once your order is booked for pickup in our system.
2. Shipping
Please allow 4 - 8 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information (correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers). Tee Stains is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office and is in the hands of the courier, we have no control over the package.

Note: Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit only. Not available for Customized Purchases (see Section 4).
3. Exchanges & Returns
Returns will be considered up to 14 days from when the product was received, provided the item is in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please use our Returns/Exchange Portal to place a request.
Exchanges
Create an exchange request on the portal. We will initiate a reverse pick-up for your order. Once the items reach our facility and pass quality check, the exchanged item in your preferred size will be dispatched. Items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
Returns
A reverse pickup will be initiated. Once the items have passed the quality check, a refund will be processed:

Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method, which can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund is initiated as store credits only (instant reflection).

A restocking and transportation charge of ₹ 100 will be deducted from all return refunds.
All returned items are inspected thoroughly. Items found worn, used, or unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please raise a return request within 3 days of receipt. We cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact teestains11@gmail.com for assistance.
4. Customized Purchases (Revised Section)
We do not take Exchanges or Returns on Customized Purchases.
Payment Restriction
We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) for Customized Purchases. All customized orders must be placed using a prepaid method.
Faulty/Incorrect Items
If your customized item is faulty, incorrect, or not delivered, you must let us know within 3 days of receiving the package. We cannot issue any refunds or provide assistance after this time period. Please review your order carefully before finalizing customized purchases.
Customized Order Cancellation

Before Processing: If you request to cancel before the processing/printing has started, a full refund will be provided.

After Processing (But Before Ready to Ship): Since production has begun on a unique, unsellable item, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund.

Ready to Ship / After Delivery Attempt: Customized orders cannot be cancelled once they are ready for shipment or if a delivery attempt has been made.
5. Standard Order Cancellations (Non-Customized)
In case you have placed a Standard (non-customized) order and want to cancel it, kindly send us an email at teestains11@gmail.com mentioning your order ID and the name with which the order was placed. (For Customized Order cancellations, please refer to Section 4).

A fee of ₹ 100 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship.

A fee of ₹ 200 will be deducted if you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted.
