At Tee Stains, every order is carefully packed and shipped with the utmost care. We work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Processing
Once we receive your order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup by our courier partner.
2. Shipping
Please allow 4–8 business days for delivery across India.

Prepaid Orders
- Standard Shipping – Free
- Estimated Delivery: 4–8 Business Days
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Estimated Delivery: 4–8 Business Days
- Additional COD Charge: ₹199
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly while placing your order. Tee Stains is not responsible for incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is received damaged, you receive the wrong product, or your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims.
4. Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
- COD is available only for selected PIN codes.
- COD is not available for Customized Orders.
- Refunds for COD orders are issued as Store Credit only, as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
