Refunds: Accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered products. Claims must be raised within 24 hours with an unboxing video.

Refunds: We follow a No Refund Policy. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit valid for 60 days.

Size Exchange: Available within 48 hours for unused items with original tags. ₹250 exchange fee applies. Subject to stock availability.

Not Eligible: Sale items, customized products, used/washed items, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
